Maltese-French Chamber Of Commerce Welcomes The New French Ambassador

The Maltese French Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a social evening to welcome Her Excellency Madame Beatrice le Fraper du Hellen, as the new French Ambassador to Malta.
The event, hosted at The Villa in Balluta, was attended by a number of Maltese business men who regularly do business with France.
In his welcome adddress, Joseph Bugeja, President of the Maltese-French Chamber of Commerce noted the very strong political, social and commercial ties that Malta and France have always shared and reiterated the Chamber’s commitment to keep supporting initiatives that would contribute to further growth and development between the two countries.
Hon Carmelo Abela, Minister for Home Affairs and National Security and Hon José Herrera, Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth also attended the event and delivered a brief speech on the importance of stronger ties between the two countries.
The Chamber’s President thanked all the Chamber’s Council and members who through their loyalty and commitment, continue to support its activities with their membership and direct participation.
Mr Bugeja presented Her Excellency Madame Beatrice le Fraperdu Hellen with a small gift.
